1 · Terms of Use
These terms apply to the apps published by Trifecta Labs, LLC ("Trifecta Labs", "we", "us") and to this website at trifectaapps.com. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them.
Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store and Mac App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to use them; these terms supplement it. Where the two conflict on an App Store matter — billing, refunds, distribution — Apple's terms take precedence.
2 · Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on the Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store terms and the usage rules that come with them. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where that restriction is unenforceable under the law that applies to you.
The apps, their names, icons and artwork remain our property. Nothing here transfers ownership.
3 · Purchases & refunds
Apple handles all billing. Every purchase, subscription and renewal for our apps is processed by Apple, not by us. We never see your payment details.
- Sweep is free to download and offers a one-time "Sweep Pro" in-app purchase. It is a single purchase, not a subscription.
- AppLanes is sold as a subscription through the Mac App Store, on the pricing and trial terms shown on its App Store listing at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings — we cannot cancel one for you.
- Refunds are issued by Apple. We are not able to process them directly. Request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway — we will help you where we can, and we can support your request.
- Prices may change. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made, and any change to a subscription price is handled through Apple with the notice Apple requires.
4 · Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use our apps, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, the terms of any service you connect them to, and any policy set by an organisation whose device or network you are using.
Sweep deletes photos and videos from your library at your instruction. Deletions are queued for your review and require your explicit confirmation, and iOS keeps deleted items in Recently Deleted for 30 days — but you are responsible for what you choose to delete. We strongly recommend keeping a backup of anything you cannot replace. AppLanes controls how traffic from your apps is routed; it is not a VPN service and does not by itself provide anonymity.
5 · Warranty & liability
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trifecta Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost photos, arising from your use of our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
None of this displaces your mandatory consumer rights. If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived — including statutory guarantees and remedies — those rights apply regardless of anything in this section.
You may stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue or stop supporting an app, in line with Apple's EULA and applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies instead.
6 · Privacy Policy
The short version: we do not collect your data. Our apps have no accounts, no analytics and no telemetry. Sweep contains no networking code at all — it cannot send your photos anywhere, and it works in Airplane Mode.
There is no data to sell, share, or lose in a breach, because we never receive any.
Sweep : Clean Up Camera Roll
Sweep runs entirely on your device. Its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected".
- Your photos and videos never leave your device. The app contains no networking code — no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no upload path. There is no mechanism in it capable of transmitting your library.
- All analysis is local. Duplicate and burst grouping, sharpness (blur) detection, resolution and face-quality scoring for suggested best shots are all computed on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks.
- Photo library access. Sweep asks for permission to your photo library through iOS so it can show you your photos and, on your confirmation, delete the ones you queued. You can review or revoke that permission at any time in your device's Settings.
- Your progress stays on your device. Review progress, your Keep Forever list and app settings are stored locally on the device and are removed when you delete the app.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, so we hold no email address, name or identifier for you.
AppLanes and Kachunk
AppLanes collects no data and carries the same "Data Not Collected" App Store label; it routes each app's connections on-device and does not decrypt traffic, perform TLS interception, or keep logs of your network activity. Each of these apps also publishes its own privacy policy, which is the authoritative detail for that app: getapplanes.com/privacy and getkachunk.com/privacy.
This website
trifectaapps.com is a set of static pages. We set no cookies and run no advertising or cross-site tracking on it. Our host records standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) for delivery and security, as any web server does.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age — there is no mechanism by which we could.
7 · Third parties
We keep this list short deliberately. These are the only third parties involved:
- Apple — distributes our apps and processes all purchases, subscriptions and refunds. What Apple collects is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours. Apple may show us aggregate, anonymised App Store statistics such as download and crash counts; these are not linked to you.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on these pages, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads a font file. No fonts are loaded inside our apps.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics providers or data brokers, and we do not sell or share personal information — we hold none to sell.
8 · Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Those rights apply to data a company holds about you — and we hold none. There is no account to close, no profile to export and no record to erase, because nothing about you reaches us.
Everything an app stores is on your own device and under your control: revoke photo library access in Settings, clear your Keep Forever list inside Sweep, or delete the app to remove its local data entirely.
If we ever change this — if a future app or feature needs to collect something — we will update this page, change the effective date above, and disclose it on the app's App Store privacy label before it ships. Continuing to use an app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
